Every coffee we roast is a single-origin lot scoring SCA 85 or higher — sourced from producers we know by name, many of them women-led farms and cooperatives, and roasted in small batches in Barcelona every Tuesday and Thursday. Each carefuly curated bag lists its producer, varietals, process, altitude and cupping score, so you know exactly what you are brewing. Choose whole bean or one of six grind options, from espresso to cold brew.
